Our therapists generally apply an eclectic approach to each individual’s needs, however we often use two evidence-based approaches to address MDD:
● Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
● Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
We use CBT to help train your mind to handle complex emotions when they interact with each other, and we use DBT to help you process and accept pain.
